I am writing to express my gratitude to Edwards Hoyle Limited for the excellent work they have done for me over the past few months. I had an ISA investment with a firm that went into administration a couple of years ago. Vicki Hoyle at Edwards Hoyle solicitors took on the FSCS claim for me in July 2021. The firm was always easy and pleasant to deal with and explained all aspects of the claim process as we went along. They were able to make a very strong case which resulted in a successful FSCS claim in a short time with compensation paid out in November 2021. I am very pleased with the outcome and my experience with Edwards Hoyle solicitors was positive. I recommend the firm strongly to anyone in a similar position.Mr Sigurd Feiring
Mr Stone was very thorough in explaining details to me throughout this matter, making it easy to understand what was happening and how he was proceeding at all times...very professional and helpful.Mr Robert Charlton
Excellent service. Referred to physio before I'd put the phone down - it was that efficient!!!Mrs Ruth Masterson
Thank you Edwards Hoyle, after experiencing a 24 delay in Cape Town my wife, myself and our ten year old daughter thought we would be entitled to compensation from British Airways. We filled in the British Airways website and then received a mail advising we were not entitled to compensation, even though we were ready to board the flight. Having sort the advice of Vicki @ Edwards Hoyle who issued a letter on our behalf, I had now received confirmation that BA are now settling in full.Paul Winterburn
